Greg Bonney is the Johns, Flaherty & Collins attorney practicing in
corporate law, serving clients ranging from sole proprietorships to
large, publicly held corporations. Greg is especially adept at
business planning that optimizes its owners' and employees' personal
planning issues - including real estate law, probate law, estate
planning, wills and business law. He is recognized by Johns,
Flaherty & Collins clients for his friendly, personal service as
well as his commitment to providing quality, cost-effective
services.
He
is a 1978 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and received
his legal degree in 1981 cum laude from Hamline University in St.
Paul, Minn. He joined Johns & Flaherty in 1981. He is admitted to
practice in the state of Wisconsin and the United States District
Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Actively involved in advancing the practice of law, Greg is a member
of the La Crosse County Bar Association and the Crawford County Bar
Association. He is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin where
he serves on the board of directors of the Real Property, Probate
and Trust Law Section. He also serves on the Special Investigative
Panel of the state Lawyer Regulation System, an appointment by the
Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Like his Johns, Flaherty & Collins colleagues, Greg is involved in
several community activities, ranging from the Sugar Creek Camp
Foundation to the La Crosse Logan Band Parents Organization. He is
also active in his church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and is
treasurer of the La Crosse Area Synod - Evangelical Lutheran Church
in America.
