We are seeking one or more
experienced legal secretaries to work as needed to cover
vacations, work spikes, etc.
The ideal applicants would have
flexibility in other areas of their lives that would enable them
to work one to five consecutive days when needed, but not
require a regular work schedule. The potential does exist for
becoming a regular staff member – either part-time or full-time
– as the firm continues to grow.
In order to be considered, you
must have a minimum of three years of legal
secretarial experience in litigation, be proficient in Word and
Outlook and have excellent spelling, grammar and typing skills
(minimum of 65 WPM). Experience in other areas of law is highly
desirable, as is experience with TABS, but is not required.
Johns, Flaherty & Collins is a
collegial working environment and the majority of our staff have
been with the firm well over ten years. We offer competitive
pay and are an equal opportunity employer.
