Robert P. Smyth

bob@johnsflaherty.com Robert P. Smyth joined Johns, Flaherty & Collins, SC, when he merged his practice with the firm in 2009. He focuses primarily on business and corporate law, residential and commercial real estate and estate planning and settlement, including probate. Smyth holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a law degree from Ohio Northern University, Ada, Ohio. He has been practicing law since 1974 and is admitted to practice in state courts throughout Wisconsin as well as in the United States District Court, Western District of Wisconsin, and the United States Tax Court. Smyth is a member of the La Crosse County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Exemplifying the Johns, Flaherty & Collins commitment to being good neighbors, Smyth has volunteered his time and expertise over the years with many community organizations, including the Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin, Boy Scouts of America, Chileda, the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce and Viterbo University.
