Brent Smith and Brandon Prinsen named in Wisconsin Super Lawyers 2019 - Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019
Two lawyers from the local law firm Johns, Flaherty & Collins have been named in the 2019 issue of Wisconsin Super Lawyers. Brent Smith was named as one of Wisconsin’s top attorneys for the tenth year in a row, and Brandon Prinsen was named a rising star, a category reserved for top lawyers under the age of 40. Each year, no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor.
Smith focuses his practice on employment, insurance defense, real estate and business law along with mediation and arbitration. Prinsen concentrates in business, real estate and estate planning law.
Both Smith and Prinsen were selected based on a rigorous, multi-phase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third-party research, and each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
